Mia Collins brings a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for patient care to her role as Front Desk Receptionist at Connected Health. Prior to joining the team, she spent a year and a half at Penn Highlands Urology, where she discovered her love for working as a receptionist in a medical setting and supporting patients throughout their care experience.

After learning more about Connected Health from reading patient reviews to exploring the practice’s personalized approach to care, Mia knew it was the right fit. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, supportive environment and helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Mia enjoys spending time in nature, gardening, and relaxing at home with her cats, Sunny and Millie.
