Betty Rich graduated from theUniversity of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy in 1992 and began her career as a pharmacist at Murray Pharmacy in Squirrel Hill. Inspired by her early experiences, Betty went on to co-found two specialty pharmacy companies before transitioning her focus to revolutionizing healthcare delivery.
In 2012, Betty partnered with Michael Fox to create Connected Health, a concierge primary care model designed to transform the patient experience. Starting from zero, Connected Health now serves over 700 patients, offering personalized, proactive, and preventive care. The practice integrates a team of experts, including physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, physical therapists, and fitness professionals, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Betty lives in Fox Chapel and is a proud mom to a son and daughter, both currently in college. Betty is an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and serves as a trustee of The Stein Rich Family Foundation, supporting various charitable initiatives.
